question on a 2003 dodge neon sxt auto?

does any body know what would be the most common parts/sensors changed or upgraded on dodge neon 2003 sxt 69000 miles with cold air intake , for some reason I’m getting less gas mileage on it now. I drove the car from Spokane, Washington to Florida like 3 months ago, when i was in Washington i used to get 32+ mpg and now it gets low 23-28. i know it could be the climate but i dont think it would make that big of a deference.

probably some of it will be in the climate and altitude change and the rest will probably have to do with the cold air intake on it,the difference in altitudes really affects gas mileage a lot on those,good luck.
