Parts Catalog Lego

Can someone tell me what this lego piece is called or give me a catalog reference number?
I have been searching for a while now and cannot find out what the part number or name for the gaurd rail pieces on the side of this

walk way is. Can anyone help me so I can locate this piece on bricklink? Or is the walkway one big piece altogether?
I had not tried e-mailing this person yet as I’m sure he is probably bothered all the time with questions about his creation. I was hoping maybe someone else might know before I had to go asking him, but now that you mention it I might go ahead and try that.
I searched e-bay for this piece but it was no use. I don’t think this piece is actually from a star wars set. The set in the picture is the creation of a single person and is comprised of pieces from many different sets. That is why this piece is so difficult to find. Thanks for the suggestion though.
Hello, my name is denny and I’m a lego geek. It’s been 2 days since I’ve spent ridculous amounts of money on little plastic blocks and I need more. I know that part number – 6583
