Parts Drawer Cabinet
So am I acting like a jealous crazy girlfriend…?
I’ve been with my boyfriend now for only 2 months and he’s made it clear that he wants me around and at his house everyday. He’s cleared a drawer for my things and really made me comfortable being in and a part of his home and space. However, every week I keep finding/stumbling onto items (books, clothing, pictures, shoes) that belong to his most recent ex-girlfriend that used to live there with him. Should that bother me, because it’s getting kind of old? I feel like those are loose ends he should have tied up before bringing another woman so deep into his life. Also, he doesn’t seem to be making a big effort to get her stuff cleared out! Her left-over body wash is still in my side of the medicine cabinet! (…And yes I’ve made it clear to him that it would be nice not to keep looking at her things)
One last thing…. He did however find time to hand-deliver her car registration. Should I be irritated about all this
I would be irritated, yes. However you ned to step back and think that maybe you are moving to fast? Tell him again how you feel and make it clear to him that he can’t have two different girls “moved” into his place. Tell him to either return all of the stuff to the girl or collect all the stuff up and put it in a box in the closet or something. If he doesn’t want to then you can always start moving you stuff out because there is no reason for him to just push your comments and feelings aside.
