Will a 460 Ford and a 400 Ford manual flywheel interchange?

I have a 1979 460 3/4 ton Ford truck That I wish to convert to a standard transmission. I have already stripped a different truck of the same year of all the necessary parts, transmission,crossmember,driveshaft , mounting bolts ect.
My question is will the bellhousing and flywheel off a 400 fit a 460 and interchange correctly? Someone told me that the engines may be balanced differently, any truth in that?

No it wont there balance different and not the same family. The 400 is a bigger version of the 351 cleveland and modified
