Should i take my previous employer to court on ethics?
I have worked with a company for 8 months… when i got hired they offered me a high full-time position and a real good salary…when i got hired they gave me a position that was way lower( not even half the pay they offered me) and a salary that was hourly and part-time. I loved working with the company and after 4-6 months i thought i was going to recieve what they offered. On the 7th month i asked the manager to speak to me and one month later we talked they said that the postion they offered me they couldn’t give it to me any more because of corporate. two weeks later i quit and had another job the next day. Should i take them to court?
you will not win anything if you sue.after waiting 6 months why did you not ask earlier?
