Why now & What could be the cause?
I slipped down the stairs, & ended up with a badly bruised dent in the lower part of my shinbone, which apart from the obvious tenderness that occurs with any bruise, i thought no more of it. Three years on & i have still got the indentation surrounded by a very very faint outline of a bruise, only now its starting to become slightly painful when i walk & when i’ve been stood up for a while. Should i be worried?
I have a similar injury on my foot where it got trapped between a horse and a gatepost over 20 years ago. Too silly to go into the reasons! It still has a sort of bruise and can get sore. To be on the safe side I would speak to your doctor, it’s probably nothing but worth getting checked out.
